Absolutely! While we cater to all levels, our Aero & TT Helmets and performance-focused gear meet professional standards. Many of our warehouse staff are competitive riders who personally test equipment.
📦 Delivery & Shipping
Q: What are my shipping options to Asia?
We currently exclude most Asian destinations due to complex customs regulations. For available regions, both Standard (DHL/FedEx) and Free Shipping (EMS) options apply with the same delivery timelines (10-25 days).
Q: How can I ensure my Christmas gifts arrive on time?
Order by December 10th for Standard Shipping to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. For last-minute gifts, check our “Bikes in time for Christmas” collection which prioritizes express processing.
Q: Why does free shipping take longer?
Our free shipping uses EMS (rather than premium couriers) to keep costs sustainable. It’s perfect for non-urgent orders like seasonal gear hauls or bikepacking prep where delivery speed isn’t critical.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, plus PayPal for secure checkout. Unfortunately, we don’t currently support cryptocurrency or bank transfers.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Completely. We use PCI-DSS compliant encryption and never store full card details. PayPal transactions add an extra layer of buyer protection.

Q: What’s your return policy?
Our 15-Day Promise gives you two weeks from delivery to return items for any reason (unused, in original packaging). Original shipping fees aren’t refunded, but we cover return shipping for defective items.
